Return & Exchange Policy

At SNUBB, we take pride in the
quality of our products. We recommend reviewing this Returns & Exchanges
Policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility Period

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Requests received after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are permitted only in cases of size issues or if the item is received damaged.
  • A courier fee of PKR 550 for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, the replacement product will be shipped.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted strictly for damaged or defective items received at delivery.
  • Returns will not be accepted due to personal preference, including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind
    • Dislike of design, color, or fit
    • Styling or expectation differences
  • Returned products must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Upon approval, refunds are processed within 4 working days after inspection.
  • Refunds may be issued partially or fully in the form of store credit or discount vouchers, subject to SNUBB’s discretion. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

Non-Eligible Cases

Return or exchange requests will be declined if:

  • The request is submitted after 7 days of delivery
  • The item shows signs of use, washing, or damage
  • Original tags or packaging are missing
  • The product has been damaged due to customer handling

Inspection & Approval

  • All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility.
  • SNUBB reserves the right to approve or reject any request that does not comply with this policy.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Our team will guide you through the next steps

Final Authority

  • All decisions regarding returns and exchanges are made solely by SNUBB.
