Delivery Charges

• Free shipping on all orders valued at PKR 5,000 or above.
• Free delivery on all prepaid (advance payment) orders, regardless of order amount.
• For all other orders, a standard delivery fee of PKR 250 applies.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Sale periods and high-order volumes may also affect delivery schedules.

• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via our website or communication channels.
• Tracking updates may take some time to reflect after dispatch.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed after confirmation and payment verification for prepaid orders.
• SNUBB is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

• We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan using reliable courier partners.
• Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take longer or depend on courier availability.
